My hands are very prone to eczema, so I have to be very careful about the hand creams I use, as many aggravate it. This is more of a balm than a cream, so I find it best to use at night time when it can soak in. I have 2 kids and a dog and my hands are so often in water and are prone to cracking from dryness. Using this hand cream daily however has saved my hands and so far this winter I’ve had no cracks. It’s expensive compared to average hand creams, but certainly isn’t average at all.
